Noha Shafik is a senior technology leader and keynote speaker who helps organizations and individuals navigate change with clarity, purpose, and authentic leadership. With more than 20 years of experience across telecom, banking, retail, and e?commerce, she leads large engineering organizations through digital transformation and complex organizational growth.
Originally from Egypt and now based in the Netherlands, Noha brings a global perspective to leadership and human development. Her career – from software engineer to technology executive – shapes her belief that sustainable success emerges when innovation, wellbeing, and values-driven leadership align. She holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master’s in Management Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
My purpose is to be the compass that guides people through today, tomorrow, and beyond—helping them find their lighthouse through values, purpose, and authentic living.
Noha is deeply involved in shaping the future of technology, education, and healthcare. She serves on the Steering Committee of the Netherlands Women’s Health Research & Innovation Center (NL?WHRIC) at Erasmus MC and on the Advisory Board for the Master’s programme in Business Information Technology Management at the University of Amsterdam.
Her purpose is to be a compass for others. Inspired by her own journey, she created the Lighthouse Framework – a practical method that helps people connect with their core values, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful decisions. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology, and leadership development, the framework empowers individuals to build careers and lives aligned with what truly matters.
Through keynotes, workshops, coaching, and mentoring, Noha guides leaders, teams, women, and young professionals to find their own lighthouse – the inner compass that provides direction during uncertainty and change.
