Founder of the company Vendeurs d’élite, a training firm specialized in sales effectiveness and motivation of salespeople, Michaël Aguilar teaches persuasion techniques at numerous universities around the world (INSEEC Paris and University of Berkeley) and is the author of several works including The Art of Motivation, Overcoming Customer Objections, and Elite Seller.
He is a lecturer at HEC, where he teaches the module ‘Business Negotiations’ in the Master of Strategic Management. He is also a columnist on BFM and Europe 1, and co-author of a corporate theater play: ‘Marco Mercial and the 5 Stages of Selling’.
