Mathilde Lubbers moves effortlessly within the world of governments, housing corporations, healthcare, education, businesses, and welfare organizations. She is both a thinker and a doer, combining pragmatism with flair and bringing a touch of humor wherever possible.
Mathilde Lubbers graduated in political marketing and developed early on into a versatile communication professional. At Kees Frenay, she laid the foundation for her expertise, after which she was given the opportunity to grow further as a young professional at KAW architects and advisors. In 2008, she co-founded the agency Noorderlings Communicatie with then KAW director Marcel Tankink: a full-service communication consultancy for clients in the public and social sector. With a team of driven professionals, she worked on a variety of communication and marketing issues, ranging from strategic advice and creative campaigns to events, films, and digital tools.
After six successful years as agency director, Mathilde decided to change direction. Although the agency was thriving, she realized that her heart lies in substantive, dynamic assignments and direct contact with clients and the audience. Therefore, she chose to continue independently.
In her role as chairperson, presenter, and presentation trainer, everything comes together for Mathilde. This work not only suits her – it is who she is. She moves effortlessly within the world of governments, housing corporations, healthcare, education, businesses, and welfare organizations. She is both a thinker and a doer, combining pragmatism with flair (the shoes help with that) and brings a touch of humor wherever possible.
Clients describe Mathilde as “genuinely involved, curious, and someone who asks surprising questions.” She works respectfully, is averse to authority, easily connects with others, and knows how to bring energy and humor to every event.
In short: the name says it all… Mathilde is Noorderling(s) – authentic, sharp, warm, and always focused on creating real interaction.
