About María García

She is an expert in Strategic Human Resources Consulting and Coaching. Since the year 2000, she has been an International Coach for executives and business leaders such as Philip Morris, Acciona, Desigual, Roche, Alcatel-Lucent, Cuatrecasas, Telefónica, Gas Natural-Fenosa, Thales, Freixenet, Grupo SM, Almirall, Cirsa, Banco Sabadell, Grupo Zeta, GSK, CaixaBank, Grupo Mahou – San Miguel, Orange, Sanofi-Aventis, and Ferrovial.

She specializes in Individual, Group, and Team Coaching.

In 2005, she developed her own Group Coaching methodology with a strong impact and notable results both individually and organizationally. In recent years, she has successfully specialized in collaborating with Management Committees to transform them into high-performance teams. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a recognized Coach (Fila 0) of the Spanish Coaching Association (AECOP).

Additionally, since the year 2000, she has been an associate professor at IE Business School in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
