The current AI developments provide us with the opportunity and space to enhance humanity in our work. Marelle understands better than anyone what is important for the audience and how to guide digital change at both leadership and employee levels. She demonstrates how to creatively and motivatingly stimulate the adoption of technology like AI, thereby maximizing investments.

Her entrepreneurship began 15 years ago with the founding of the mobile app company Applified. Later followed Digital Shapers. This successful company helps many family businesses and large Dutch organizations navigate the digital landscape.

Besides her work, Marelle is a member of the prominent think tank DenkWerk, the Supervisory Board of the family business Wensink; and the Advisory Board of the Amsterdam Business School.
