Leonie ter Braak

Leonie ter Braak is a presenter and journalist for Talpa Network. She was seen on SBS6 as the presenter of Niets Liever dan een Kind, Wat is de uitslag, and Marktplaats: heel Holland Handelt. Additionally, Leonie appeared this spring in Wie Is de Mol? and on the big screen in the role of Liesbeth in De beentjes van Sint-Hildegard.

Her television career began at the regional broadcaster RTV Oost, where she hosted a daily talk show for four years. During her time at RTV Oost, she gradually developed her skills in all possible areas as a presenter, program maker, and journalist. In the meantime, Leonie also took a detour to the NPO as a reporter for the Keuringsdienst van Waarde, but she made her definitive move to Hilversum when she started working at Talpa Producties as a format developer.

Editor-in-chief Bert Huisjes of broadcaster WNL thought it was a shame that Leonie was no longer utilizing her qualities as a presenter and approached her as a new face, alongside Eva Jinek and Merel Westrik at the time, for the successful morning program Goedemorgen Nederland on NPO 1, which she ultimately presented for five years before making the switch to Talpa Network.
