France is the eighth country where Kim Ta lives, after the United States, Great Britain, Canada, and many others.
With a quadruple background (technical, scientific, marketing, and business management – engineer in agri-food industries, master’s in Biochemistry Microbiology, ISSEC Marketing, and IAE of Nancy), Kim Ta begins her career as Quality and R&D Manager within international food groups.
She then joins an international audit firm in Great Britain as Audit Manager for certification of management systems in Quality and Food Safety.
Since 2002, she has been teaching at the United Nations University in Austria and works with the European Commission as an expert in areas related to Sustainable Development and CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility or Organizational Social Responsibility (OSR).
In France and internationally, she supports companies in their development or transformation projects: risk management, crisis management, implementation and deployment of management systems related to CSR, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
She is committed to building sustainable solutions for them, integrated into a global performance and continuous improvement approach. Solutions that are both different and unique, as no company is like another, given the diversity of contexts, expectations, and issues.
Kim Ta tirelessly advocates for a growth model in times of crisis, based on ESG criteria (economic, social, and governance), ethics, and recognition of stakeholder interests.
