President of the Robert Schuman Foundation, Specialist in European Affairs,
Jean-Domnique Giuliani presides over the Robert Schuman Foundation, one of the very first Think Tanks dedicated to the study of European policies, recipient of several national and international awards for its activities. The Foundation is known and recognized for the quality of its work and the influence it derives from its proposals. He has served as Chief of Staff to the President of the Senate, Mr. René Monory (from 1992 to 1998), Director at Sofres (1998-2001), Special Advisor to the European Commission (2008-2010), and has held various electoral and public positions. He resigned from the French Council of State, where he was a Master of Requests. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ARTE France.
