Isabelle Brès is a journalist.
After completing a DEA in history, she worked for the scientific outreach program Atout Savoir (La Cinquième). She produced reports through which complex concepts such as brain function or forensic investigation techniques are explained to a wide audience.
The following year, she joined the show Sans aucun doute (TF1) where she also worked as a journalist. Then “SUCCES” (TF1), “LA GRANDE SOIREE ANTI-ARNAQUES” (TF1), and reports for Envoyé Spécial (FR 2) on the money of Jews dispossessed during the war, the GIGN, or Eric Charrier, the world champion in freediving.
She then became the editor-in-chief of La Grande Soirée anti-arnaque, which she co-hosted with Julien Courbet.
She later became the editor-in-chief of “Confessions intimes” (TF1), which she presented from September 2003 to June 2009.
In 2007, Isabelle Brès published a book with Éditions du Toucan dedicated to education: L’Autorité, mon enfant et moi.
In 2008, she founded her production company, Polca, partnered with Kobayashi, and produced her first feature film, Ruiflec, le village des ombres, by Fouad Benhammou, starring Christa Theret in the lead role, based on the screenplay by Lionel Olenga, Pascal Jaubert, and Fouad Benhammou.
In 2010 and 2011, she hosted Le grand forum RTL every evening between 9 PM and 11 PM.
In 2011, she presented a short program on TF1 at 8 PM.
Since 2011, she has been producing reports for the show E=M6 and in 2013 became the editor-in-chief of the show XPLORA (6ter) presented by Mac Lesggy.
In 2012, she released her first novel Confessions d’un producTUEUR with Editions du Net.
Since September 2013, after comprehensive training with the CTI (Coach Training Institute) and alongside her journalism activities, she has been a coach specializing in communication, public speaking, relations with journalists, managing interviews, crisis situations, and stress.
