Biography

When he was nine years old, he learned his first magic trick. From that magical moment on, the shy boy was completely fascinated by the art of magic and illusion.

In 1973, at the age of twenty, he won his first international award at the World Championships for Illusionists in the Salles Pleyel in Paris. His career took off rapidly.

Strength does not mean that we never fall, but that every time we fall, we get back up!

With unwavering energy, Hans – year in and year out – performed countless shows in theaters and quickly grew into a well-known and popular television personality. Hans hosted hundreds of television programs and became a household name in the Netherlands.

In 2012, Hans decided to focus on giving lectures. He has now been enthusiastically on stage for over 50 years, and he was recently appointed Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau.
