Edith Bosch stood at the absolute world top in judo for 16 years. Always fighting: literally and figuratively. Everything to achieve the ultimate goal, to become the best in the world. With an iron discipline, she pushed herself to the limit. Harder, better, faster… Until she hit a wall. She realized that her life was more about obligation than desire, and that she was sabotaging her own well-being and success. She had to change herself and take 100% responsibility to truly win.
She found the courage to look at herself and do something good with what she saw. To use everything she had experienced for her own growth. That’s when everything changed, for herself and the people around her.
