About Dag Kittlaus

Dag Kittlaus began his career in mobile and wireless services across Scandinavia and the U.S., honing his leadership at organisations such as Telenor Mobile (where he served as Vice-President of Consumer Internet Services) and Motorola (as GM of xProducts and founder/GM of Interactive Media).

In 2007 he co-founded Siri (spun out of the Stanford Research Institute), the world’s first true virtual personal assistant for mobile devices, which was acquired by Apple Inc. in 2010. At Apple he served as Director of iPhone Apps, responsible for Siri and speech-recognition teams.

He then co-founded Viv Labs in 2012, a next-generation artificial-intelligence company dedicated to enabling “talk to everything” interactions. Viv was acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2016, following which Dag served as Vice-President of Samsung Mobile.

Most recently, he co-founded and serves as CEO of Riva Health (founded circa 2019-20), which leverages mobile-camera-based analysis and AI to reinvent patient care, beginning with hypertension management.
