Carole Serrat
Sophrologist
After being a presenter on TF1 for 7 years, Carole was introduced to the arts of well-being during her many stays in Japan. Following this, she completed comprehensive training in sophrology. She is currently the well-being expert for the magazine Top Santé, having just joined its scientific committee, and a journalist host for the channel "MCS bien-être" (cable and satellite). Carole consults as a sophrologist at the Clinique de la Muette, at the Maternité des Lilas, as well as in private practice. Since 2004, she has regularly published with her husband, the composer-author Laurent Stopnicki, CD books that are increasingly successful, including: "La Médit-action" (Robert Laffont – Pocket), "Mon cours de relaxation" with Hachette - Marabout, "Une vie sans stress" with Hachette Audiolib, "La sophrologie, c'est malin" at Leduc editions. Carole offers companies programs, workshop-training sessions, and conferences on stress management (CNES, SUEZ, AUDIENS…). With her husband, she organizes major events - conferences followed by workshops, sophrology sessions with music. The latest took place at the Grand Rex as the second part of Arun Gandhi's conference in front of 2000 people. Carole regularly appears as an expert in various media (France info, Europe 1, Sud Radio,) and contributes to numerous articles in the women's press. She also designs audio-video programs and training content for brands including Danone, Yves Rocher, and Club Med.
