Anne M. Schüller is a management thinker, keynote speaker, bestselling author, and business consultant. She is regarded as Europe’s leading expert in touchpoint management, customer loyalty, and referral marketing. She is one of the most sought-after speakers in the German-speaking world. For over 20 years, she has held leadership positions in sales and marketing at various national and international service companies, receiving several awards in the process. Since the end of 2001, she has been self-employed.

She has written ten management books. Additionally, she has published an edited volume, the audio book edition ‘Touchpoints’, and five other audio books. She is considered a pioneer of touchpoint management in the German-speaking area. Managementbuch.de ranks her among the important management thinkers. For her book ‘Customer Proximity in the Executive Suite’, she received the Swiss Business Book Award in 2008. Her current book ‘Touchpoints’ was awarded the Medium-Sized Business Book of the Year and received the German Trainer Book Award in 2012.
