About Susanne Nickel

Susanne Nickel is an expert in Change Management and innovative Leadership. She gained her wealth of experience through her long-standing work as a manager and consultant in both national and international companies and corporations – most recently as Head of Management Development at Kienbaum and as Head of HR at Haufe Academy in Consulting. She is a lawyer, business mediator, and management consultant. For many years, she was seen on television as a press spokesperson and legal expert, known for her ability to explain complex issues simply.

Susanne Nickel teaches Leadership as a lecturer at renowned universities and studied dance at the prestigious Folkwang University with Pina Bausch. Like no other, she combines apparent opposites such as creativity and structure, and she has an eye for the individual as well as the entire system: essential prerequisites for successful transformation.

As a speaker, Susanne Nickel won the award for the best keynote at the GSA in 2016. She has been in and out of almost all DAX 30 companies for many years.
