About Soumia Malinbaum
Of Algerian origin, Soumia Belaidi Malinbaum has accomplished most of her career in the IT sector as a creator and leader of SMEs. She began her career in a computer brokerage company where she climbed the ranks to become Director of Major Accounts. In 1991, she founded the company Specimen, an IT services company specializing in ICT, then SOS Docteur Micro à Domicile in 1997. In 2006, she joined the Keyrus group as Associate Director after a merger with Specimen. Throughout her career, Soumia Belaidi Malinbaum has been committed to promoting and managing all forms of Diversity in the workplace by co-founding and presiding over the AFMD (French Association of Diversity Managers) for 4 years. She is now Honorary President “Our goal is to act on the ground in connection with economic players and public decision-makers to make diversity a lever for overall performance.” She is currently Deputy CEO of the Keyrus Group, to which she brought the company Specimen that she had created and developed over 15 years. Mrs. Soumia Belaidi Malinbaum currently holds the following other positions and mandates: Member of the Supervisory Board of Lagardère, Member and Chair of the Audit Committee of FMM (France Médias Monde), Member of the Board of Directors of HEC Paris, Member of the Board of Directors of the University Paris-Dauphine, Member of the Board of Directors of the IMA (Arab World Institute)
