About Sander Aarts
Sander Aarts is considered one of the best-trained soldiers of the Dutch Special Forces. He has served a total of 16 years in the Special Forces, holding various leadership positions. He has been trained as a marine, commando, frogman, sniper, counter-terrorism specialist, medic, freefall parachutist, jungle instructor, team leader, and diving leader. For his services within and outside the Special Forces, Sander was appointed Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau with swords in 2018. He is the author of the bestsellers Unbreakable and Mission Mindset.
With his impressive story, Sander shares his experiences to inspire others. He speaks about (personal) leadership, teamwork, performing under pressure, and resilience.
