Rini focuses primarily on empowering his audience (how can you apply the content the very next day and what can you concretely take away for your own work?). He helps his audience understand why things are the way they are and what they can concretely do to improve them. And it doesn’t have to be all serious; laughter is also welcome. As a result, his presentations score highly, and he is usually the best-rated speaker at events.
Rini is the author (and co-author) of a large number of books on impact, speed, and agility, including the bestsellers: Formula X, The Beekeeper, AGILE, The Power of Scrum, Agile in 60 Minutes, Agile Portfolio Management and Toolkit for Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters. In total, he has written 17 books. Additionally, he has published over 200 articles in professional journals and scientific channels.
Darwinism for people and organizations: only the most agile survive!

In his lectures, he does not use PowerPoint presentations but flip charts. Based on a lecture and the created flip charts, a comprehensive digital handout is provided afterward. Rini’s presentations typically last 60-90 minutes, during which he also incorporates interactive elements and short exercises. Each lecture is tailored to the specific goals of an event. Additionally, a lecture can be extended into a workshop of 2 to 3 hours. Rini is also an excellent sparring partner for executive and/or leadership sessions.
Nowadays, Rini is increasingly translating the concepts of speed and agility into AI adoption. What does it require from yourself, your organization, and/or your leadership style to make the transition to AI-centricity? So, especially the change dimension around AI application. No tools or technology, but simply: how do you ensure that it is applied and utilized impactfully? What drives and hinders people and teams from embracing AI when it comes to replacing a large part of your own existence as an employee? In short, the challenge for the coming decade.
