Richard van Houten has a background in hospitality and as a top marketer at various multinationals, along with 15 years of entrepreneurship. He worked at the Swedish Holmen Packaging, the Swiss Nestlé (Nescafe, KitKat, Buitoni, Nestea, Nespresso), and the Dutch large companies Praxis and Bols International (jenever and liqueurs). He then became a successful entrepreneur, significantly increasing his revenue each year.
In 2005, Richard took over a training institute and advises and trains organizations in the fields of management, communication, and commerce. Since 2003, he has been a gifted and enthusiastic speaker and trainer on these subjects. He tells stories vividly and cabaret-style, striking and confronting what does and does not work.
