Ralph Hababou is 49 years old and a graduate of ESSEC.
After his studies, he spent two years in Italy, as part of a cooperation program, serving as a Commercial Attaché at the French Embassy in Milan. Upon returning to France, he began his professional career at IBM as a Sales Engineer.
His first book, “Service compris,” was published in February 1986 and sold over 500,000 copies, translated into Italian and Portuguese, and published in paperback by Éditions Marabout. Following the success of the book, he founded in 1987 with his co-author the company PBâ—ŠRH Conseil, whose mission is to concretely implement the ideas from the book.
In 1994, he introduced the espresso bar concept to France and created the brand Columbus Café®. In 2004, the company was sold to investors. After reacquiring 100% of PBâ—ŠRH Conseil in early 2005, Ralph Hababou conducted a comprehensive study titled “Service compris, quoi de neuf?” and met with over a hundred business leaders to assess what has changed in the field of customer satisfaction and analyze how companies have adapted to a customer whose demands are constantly evolving. This survey allowed him to write his book titled “Service gagnant – The Secrets of Companies That Make a Difference.”
In 2012, Ralph Hababou conducted a study titled “The Secrets of the Winners – Elected Customer Service of the Year 2012,” which synthesizes best practices, action plans, recipes, and other tips and tricks that enabled 25 companies to be recognized as the most effective out of over 150 candidates.
To lead these conferences, he relies on the ideas and analyses developed in his works. To date, he has led over 1500 conferences and has spoken at some of the largest French and European companies such as Lapeyre, McDonald’s, MAAF, Orange, Norauto, Franck Provost, AXA, Cofidis, La Française des jeux, and Veolia Eau, to name a few.
