Rahma el Mouden is the director of MAS, one of the largest medium-sized cleaning companies in the Netherlands. As a young woman, she came from Morocco to the Netherlands and worked her way up to become a successful entrepreneur, being named Black Businesswoman of the Year in 1999.

From a young age, Rahma knew she had to leave Morocco; it was clearly visible that women in Morocco had no freedom, which was evident to her as a child. Rahma decided immediately after her arrival in the Netherlands to participate in society. She wanted to succeed in her life in freedom.
