Work psychologist and holder of a research master’s degree in management, Pierre-Eric SUTTER is a professional risk prevention consultant (IPRP option Organization). An expert in evaluating people and organizations, he helps companies optimize their social performance by developing employee well-being while combating the social risks that threaten them. Pierre-Eric SUTTER is co-founder and President of m@rs-lab, a consulting company in social performance management and social risk prevention. He also leads KE Conseil, a company specialized in Human Resources engineering. He directs the Observatory of Work Life, which has been annually assessing social performance in France since 2009. He is the Director of publication for the Social Performance blog. He is the author of articles and books in the fields of social performance management, workplace well-being, and skills management.
