After training at HEC, in Law and Economic Sciences, and numerous stays abroad, Philippe Heymann began his first career as an economic journalist and editor-in-chief. He was a journalist and then deputy editor-in-chief at Entreprise (1964-1970), an economic columnist at RTL (1968-1970), editor-in-chief of the European economic magazine Vision (1970-1976), editor-in-chief of the daily J’Informe (1977), and advisor to the World Economic Forum/Davos (1977-1981).
He is also the author of several economic works: The Battle of Currencies (Special Edition – 1968), Today and Tomorrow, the Crisis (Jean-Claude Lattés Editions – 1974), Your Money and You (Denoël Editions – 1981).
He then embarked on a career as an entrepreneur and consultant in corporate and institutional communication: Communica International (1979-1989), Hintzy Heymann & Associates (1989-1999), DDB & Co-Hintzy Heymann (1999 – 2000), P.H. Consultants; management of communication, change, and public communication (since 2000).
He recently created a publishing house dedicated to communication, CARNETSDECOM EDITEUR, which publishes practical guides for those who need to communicate by themselves. He himself wrote the notebook “communication plan! Your first steps in communication.”
He has taught communication at the MBA program at HEC and is a lecturer in “communication” at ENA in Strasbourg, contributing to or leading numerous conferences and seminars.
