After beginning his academic career in the field of social psychology research, Philippe GABILLIET chose in the mid-1980s to gain his initial experience in the consulting profession. He then specialized in motivation and management of operational teams, particularly in sales, where he developed his first professional expertise.
In the early 1990s, he decided to venture into the corporate world and took charge of the “mass market” commercial action department at CNP ASSURANCES (Groupe CDC).
After a few years, the passion for teaching and action research caught up with him, and he joined the faculty of ESCP Europe in 1995, while continuing his activities as a speaker and coach with executive committees and their leaders.
Philippe GABILLIET is vice-president of the “Ligue des Optimistes de France” and a board member of the international association “Optimistes sans frontières” (ASBL). He is also president of the association “Talents Optimistes,” dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace and better integrating young people into companies.
Author of several books on management, human motivation, and anticipation strategies, Philippe GABILLIET now devotes most of his research activities to techniques for developing positive leadership and mental strategies for success.
Columnist and commentator on RMC, he regularly participates in the program “Les Grandes Gueules.”
APM (Progrès du Management) expert and speaker, he also speaks at companies, conventions, or executive committees on topics such as luck, anticipation, courage, optimism, and self-motivation.
