Partner at Reliences, Patrice Lerouge works as a facilitator, consultant, and trainer to collectively co-construct the evolution projects of his clients. He assists teams in analyzing complex issues, understanding the organic links between their components, modeling and formulating hypotheses for the future, and integrating continuous innovation as a cultural factor. His clients rely on his experience in supporting operational or strategic projects. He favors collective learning processes through experience to promote conditions that mobilize the intelligence and expertise of each individual, as well as the trust of managers and leaders in the development potential of their teams. His background: – 11 years of operational responsibilities in insurance and banking (commercial and marketing at Helvetia, Crédit Agricole, Bred Banque Populaire); – Consultant in financial services, France and Benelux (Capa Conseil – Seris); – Founder of Avicen, a company dedicated to innovation in SMEs. – Agricultural Engineer (ISARA-Lyon), DESS in Organization and Human Resources at the Sorbonne, graduate of the Higher Banking Studies Center (CESB). – Certified LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator training and CPF from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Patrice is an active member of the LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators community, the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and a past president of the Young Leaders Center of Tours.
