About Olivier Dubigeon

Olivier Dubigeon, Founder and President of Sustainway, is a hands-on leader and an international expert in responsible development.

This nature lover has spent 13 years managing numerous territorial support programs for development at both global and local levels. Then, for 15 years, he led and chaired several companies (industrial, services) that grew through a responsible development policy integrated at the core of their strategy, and served as CSR director of an international group.

Building on these experiences that bridge business and territories, Olivier Dubigeon founded Sustainway in 2003 to support companies and organizations in developing within an unpredictable and interdependent world, by integrating a responsible development approach into their strategy and operational action plans. He developed an innovative methodology that enhances business development by introducing the strategic keys of “Social Contract” and “Social Leverage”: by developing a credible relationship quality with its stakeholders through the management of its activity’s impacts on society, the company multiplies its capacity for innovation and differentiation in its markets.

In his conferences, he presents keys to understanding, keys to deciding, and keys to acting, at both the strategic and governance levels of the company, as well as at the level of its operational functions. He engages either in a didactic manner or by proposing a collaborative pedagogy.
