About Olivier Crosetta

After a distinguished career as a Senior Officer in the Special Units of the Ministry of Defense (over 18 years of conducting operations in more than 20 countries), Olivier Crosetta took on the challenge of a new career in business. He held executive and general management positions within the Monoprix and Chèque Déjeuner groups, both in France and internationally, before founding a strategy consulting firm.

A recognized specialist in management, he has drawn on his dual experience to develop an innovative approach to recovering from challenging situations in companies (deterioration of social ties, loss of trust, demobilization of teams, change processes, etc.). He is the proponent of the concept of “sustainable performance,” based notably on a posture of “learning adaptation,” on the development of meaning, and on the strengthening of collective initiative.

Holding a DEA in International Relations, a DESS in Economic Intelligence, and an Executive MBA from HEC, he is also a graduate of Tsinghua University (Beijing) and Babson College (Boston). He received the 1st scientific prize from IHEDN in 2001.

Familiar with complex situations and unstable environments, he draws from his extraordinary dual experience a framework and practical keys for exercising responsibilities in business.

In addition to his consulting activities within his consulting firm, Olivier Crosetta is also a corporate speaker and an associate lecturer at schools and universities (HEC, Rouen Business School, Paris II, etc.).
