Noëlla Finzi-Dussart is a French actress, host, and former dancer. Having taken dance, singing, music theory, and acting classes for ten years, she joined Michel Fugain’s mini troupe and then trained at the Jack Waltzer school. After working as a backing vocalist, she performed at the Alcazar in Paris, where she met producer Richard Joffo. He introduced her to Christophe Izard, who gave her the opportunity to become a television host. In 1989, Noëlla Finzi-Dussart co-hosted the children’s show Éric et Noëlla (Antenne 2) alongside Éric Galliano. From that moment on, she continued with several television programs: the magazine Vidéo Club (TF1), Téléquatre (France 2), Comédie, c’est chez vous (Comédie !), Drôle de zapping (TF1), Les Bêtises de Monsieur Pierre, Questions débats (Direct 8), and Je suis timide mais je me soigne on the same channel in 2008. The concept of this show is to help candidates overcome their shyness. To do this, the production provides three coaches, including Noëlla Finzi-Dussart, who focuses on the psychological aspect. Taking into account each individual’s case, the coaches must help the candidates overcome their fears. Noëlla Finzi-Dussart also pursues a career as an actress. On television, she appears in several films: Sonia (1996) directed by Peter Kassovitz, Une Maman pour Noël (1997). After acting in the films La Tresse d’Aminata and Brigade des Mineurs, she is seen in the series Navarro. Noëlla Finzi-Dussart also performs in the play Enfin seuls (1991-1992), directed by Michel Fagadau. In 2003, Noëlla Finzi-Dussart acted in Ariane Ferry by Sylvie Ayme. After the TV movie Alice Nevers, le juge est une femme, she participated in productions such as Joséphine, Ange gardien, Julie Lescaut, SOS 18, and Psycho. Since 2009, she has been filming various TV movies including La Passion selon Didier by Lorenzo Gabriele and in the series Victoire Bono, Clem, Alice Nevers, and Falco… Passionate about acting, singing, and television, she performs, hosts, and teaches. Between different television channels, filming sets, and the theater stage, the Italian by origin has been living her passion for several years.
