About Nicolas Arpagian
Nicolas Arpagian, Scientific Director of the “Digital Security” program at the Institut National des Hautes Etudes de la Sécurité et de la Justice (INHESJ), a public institution under the Prime Minister, is also Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Prospective Stratégique”.
To share his expert knowledge in digital security, Nicolas Arpagian teaches as a lecturer at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Police (ENSP) and is a course instructor at the Institut des Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS). At INHESJ, he is currently the Coordinator of the “Influence Strategies & Lobbying” teachings.
Nicolas Arpagian is a former auditor of the Institut National des Hautes Etudes de la Sécurité (INHES – Ministry of the Interior) and the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN – Prime Minister).
He is also the author of about ten books centered around the themes of “Cybersecurity”, “Cyberwarfare”, and the offensive and defensive uses of information technologies.
