She saw her again in 2015 accompanied by 11 French leaders. Thus, through a unique personal life journey, Nathalie Rodary has been driven since childhood by this vision of Humanist Leadership that she has fundamentally come to share and deploy. A graduate of NEOMA and ICADE (Madrid, Top Business School), she quickly took on leadership and transformation support roles (Stock Exchange, Editions Atlas) before founding her own companies (ALKEA then ASSARY). For 22 years, she has been helping Leaders to deploy this dimension of Leadership and thus succeed in changes of direction or scale for themselves and their company (LEGO…). Her clients are either at a crossroads, undergoing transformation, or in a necessary change of course. She founded and has been leading a Leaders Club APM since 2012.
