But what is a Humanist Leader? Why this urgent necessity? And how can we deploy this dimension within ourselves to drive Transformations in our teams, our companies, our country? Author of “Humanist Leadership”, Nathalie Rodary presents a true manifesto for the emergence of a New World through New Leaders. As an inspirer, she questions and takes us into this world of tomorrow. Pierre Bellon, founder and president of SODEXO (420,000 employees), writes the preface and tells us: “every leader should have read it!”, “there are fundamental principles in this book that explain the extraordinary growth of SODEXO since 1966.” In 2014, she jumped on a plane to Myanmar and met Aung San Su Kyi to share with her this vision of 20th-century leadership. She saw her again in 2015 accompanied by 11 French leaders. Thus, through a unique personal life journey, Nathalie Rodary has been driven since childhood by this vision of Humanist Leadership that she has fundamentally come to share and deploy. A graduate of NEOMA and ICADE (Madrid, Top Business School), she quickly took on leadership and transformation support roles (Stock Exchange, Editions Atlas) before founding her own companies (ALKEA then ASSARY). For 22 years, she has been helping Leaders to deploy this dimension of Leadership and thus succeed in changes of direction or scale for themselves and their company (LEGO…). Her clients are either at a crossroads, undergoing transformation, or in a necessary change of course. She founded and has been leading a Leaders Club APM since 2012.
