Mustapha Benkalfate is an entrepreneur, consultant, author, and unconventional teacher. Perhaps he is because he was never supposed to hold any of these positions. Indeed, throughout his journey, he has rejected “social and professional determinisms.” He was disruptive before it was fashionable, which has led to his numerous successes.

Born and raised in Algeria, Mustapha Benkalfate moved to Paris alone at the age of just 17. He came to study in a scientific preparatory class (Maths Sup), endured a year of hardship, and observed the many flaws of this “stifling” system. Four years later, while still a student in Business School after a mathematics curriculum, he founded his own preparatory school. This is how PGE-PGO was born and became a leader in preparing for entrance exams to business schools and Sciences Po through alternative pathways. Mustapha Benkalfate has thus established himself as one of the top specialists in personality interviews in France. Each year, 1500 candidates for exams (from business schools to ENA, including interviews for top MBAs) benefit from his advice and use his techniques. He is also the author of several books and has successfully ventured into outplacement for Juniors via JOBtimise.
