Muriel Hermine is one of the most decorated French synchronized swimmers. Recognized on the international stage, she has won no less than 12 French championship titles, 4 European championship titles, and a third place at the World Championships in Madrid. She was also a finalist at the Los Angeles Olympics and secured fourth place at the Seoul Olympics.
In 1991, Muriel Hermine created “Sirella,” the first show in the world to take place on land, in water, and in space. This production attracted 80,000 spectators at the Zénith in Paris, 120,000 on a French tour, and 500,000 in Japan.
She then created “Crescend’O,” a meeting between the world of the circus and the universe of water. More than a million spectators came to applaud this superproduction, which was permanently installed in the Disneyland Paris village from 1999 to 2001.
In 2003, her encounter with Africa inspired her to found her humanitarian association “J’ai un Rêve,” a bridge between underprivileged youth from difficult neighborhoods in the Ile de France, the French economic world, and Africa. For nine years, she used sports and shows as educational tools to raise awareness among young people about work, supporting them in their personal and professional development.
After a decade of investment and concrete results, her vision of management integrating economic performance with moral and social values led her to design a professional training program, “Coeur-Aventure.” This program began in April 2011, in a pilot version with future manager students from the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS) in Paris.
Since then, Coeur-Aventure has expanded to numerous French companies such as CARTIER, SOGAL, L’UNIVERSITE SNCF, LA POSTE, L’ACMS,… allowing for the revitalization and empowerment of employees, offering new management tools to leadership teams, and bringing enthusiasm and meaning back to teamwork.
