Marie-Anne Montchamp has been a member of the government twice, from 2004-2005 and from 2010-2012, as Secretary of State. For 10 years, she held a parliamentary mandate and served as the rapporteur in charge of social accounts at the Finance Committee of the National Assembly. She was instrumental in passing the law of February 11, 2005, which reformed disability policy.

She is a recognized specialist in social issues and develops innovative methodologies. Her credo: the importance of the underlying factors of social relationships, the challenge of deciphering the tacit social contract in situations of disruption, the distortions between usual representations and new forms of employment.

Marie-Anne Montchamp is the founder of a public affairs and strategy consulting firm. She created a social stress test© system and ensures its development in a partnership relationship with companies that choose to implement it.

For 10 years, she served as Group HR Director in the insurance and pharmaceutical distribution sectors. She is the president of Enterprises and Disability, a think tank of business leaders mobilizing for the employment of disabled employees.

She has served as a judge at the Court of Justice of the Republic and as President of Fonda’mental, a foundation for scientific cooperation in mental health.
