For 10 years, she held a parliamentary mandate and served as the rapporteur in charge of social accounts at the Finance Committee of the National Assembly. She was instrumental in passing the law of February 11, 2005, which reformed disability policy.
She is a recognized specialist in social issues and develops innovative methodologies. Her credo: the importance of the underlying factors of social relationships, the challenge of deciphering the tacit social contract in situations of disruption, the distortions between usual representations and new forms of employment.
Marie-Anne Montchamp is the founder of a public affairs and strategy consulting firm. She created a social stress test© system and ensures its development in a partnership relationship with companies that choose to implement it.
