Manon advises and guides partnerships and networks, and supports individuals and organizations that want to improve their collaboration skills.
Manon de Caluwé specializes in collaboration within alliances and networks. Manon advises and guides partnerships, and supports individuals and organizations that want to learn to collaborate better through her business. In addition to her work as a consultant, process facilitator, and supervisor, she is available as a speaker and instructor.
Her area of expertise? The significance of collaboration for the people – executives, managers, professionals – who are active in networks on behalf of or within their organization. Participating in a collaboration calls for the process and intervention skills of those involved. It also requires empathy, building connections, and seeking win-win solutions. This demands a specific form of leadership: network leadership.
Additionally, Manon conducts research and publishes on collaborations aimed at addressing societal collective issues. Parties then connect with each other around such a task, bringing together execution power and expertise. However, there are also challenges. Sometimes there are significant differences that need to be bridged. And sometimes the task conflicts with the own interests of organizations.
Finally, Manon specializes in dialogue facilitation and interpersonal interaction in collaborative partnerships.
Manon is trained as a Communication Specialist and later as a Business Scientist. Before she worked at Common Eye, she was affiliated with Twynstra Gudde, and prior to that with the strategic communication agency Bex*communicatie. She has several publications to her name.
