Jeroen Kemperman, along with a team of editorial members and co-authors, seeks brilliant business models that address the major societal challenges of our time while also creating value for all stakeholders involved. Currently, 75 cases have been published from leading companies of the past, present, and future. These examples demonstrate how healthcare can be improved and made affordable. Jeroen Kemperman is Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development at Zilveren Kruis and the author of several books on brilliant business models. After completing his Business Administration degree at the University of Groningen in 1994, Jeroen worked for TSM Business School until he joined Achmea in 1998. At Avéro Achmea, he served as program manager, executive secretary, and marketing manager. Since 2004, he has worked at Achmea holding in strategy & business development and as senior manager brand management. Since 2008, he has been a senior manager within Zilveren Kruis, focusing on innovation, organizational change, business development, and strategy. From 2010 to 2012, he coordinated the merger between Agis and Achmea’s Care division into the new Zilveren Kruis division. Since 2013, he has been responsible as senior manager for the Strategy, Programs, Investments, and Lessons (SPIL) component, and since January 2016 for Strategy & Business Development.
Jeroen’s areas of focus include strategy, vision development, business models, change programs, participations and start-ups, commercial innovation, international collaboration, and gathering and sharing best practices from the Netherlands and abroad.
Jeroen has published several books alone and with other editorial members and a range of case authors: Brand Role Method (May 2012), Brilliant Business Models (April 2013), Brilliant Business Models in Healthcare (March 2014), Brilliant Business Models in Finance (April 2015), and Brilliant Business Models in Food. His books are now also published internationally. He is a speaker and lecturer for organizations such as Nyenrode, Erasmus, RUG, UT, Sprout, Foodservices, Insurance Magazine, MBA in a Day, New Care 3.0, Care Vision, International Federation of Health Plans, FoodValley, and various In Company programs.
