Jean-Pierre Lauzier is an international speaker, a business coach, and a trainer. He is the president of JPL Communications, a firm that specializes in training and business coaching in sales, marketing, personal development, and leadership.

He has designed various courses for different organizations such as the software industry, the financial services industry, the manufacturing industry, retail, etc. He has also established a program specifically for entrepreneurs and self-employed workers on how to become a ‘master seller’ and a year-long program for information technology leaders to improve ‘team performance and efficiency.’

Jean-Pierre regularly writes articles for journals, specialized magazines, and online platforms such as Les Affaires, LaPresseAffaires.com, Sympatico, Workopolis, Transport magazine, La revue BST, Launch! Jean-Pierre obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing and finance from the University of Quebec in Montreal and has successfully completed several sales courses such as: Signature Selling Management, Consultative Selling, ERP Consulting Approach, Face to Face Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Strategic Selling, Quality Leadership, Leadership Performance Program, etc.

He has over 28 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and management. He has worked in both SMEs and large companies such as IBM and Kodak. Since 2002, he has delivered over 700 conferences and seminars in North America and Europe.

Jean-Pierre also provides support to executives, senior managers, supervisors, and sales teams to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills through concrete and measurable actions.
