About Jean-Louis Froger

The two main themes of his career for 37 years have been research and information processing (Knowledge Management, business intelligence) and human resource management (Executive search – recruitment, training engineering):

• 17 years initially in a scientific and technical context at the Research Foundation in Hormoneology in Paris and Bristol-Myers-Squibb (Paris-La Défense)
• 20 years thereafter in business consulting (Accenture, BPI, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Groupe ITG, Edifixio-Lafarge Group)

In parallel, he has been a lecturer at the University in these two disciplines integrating strategy.

Three methodological axes in economic intelligence:

• Extraction and processing of information vs. brokerage of high-value information
• Management of knowledge project (Knowledge Management)
• Development of a business intelligence methodology, selected as innovative by the Employers’ Union of Hauts-de-Seine in 1997, with numerous professional applications from 1992 to the present day.

Two areas of expertise in human resources: Executive search – recruitment and training with a good understanding of the modalities of “employment variability”.

Results: Since 1998, over 50 promotions of undergraduate, master’s, and MBA students trained in economic intelligence and human resources: CNAM, IAE, UPEC, and EOGN.

Since 1992, several dozen economic studies with a commercial approach across all sectors of activity, including for 3 of the former big five.

1998-2003 establishment and management of a knowledge management system in a European consulting network (250 internal clients)

Beliefs: To provide at all times an offer and contribution based on innovation with a focus on rigor and quality. To develop synergy between economic intelligence and human resources, as a lever for more effective and efficient solutions (Participation in the work “The Digital Enterprise”, 1996.
