The two main themes of his career for 37 years have been research and information processing (Knowledge Management, business intelligence) and human resource management (Executive search – recruitment, training engineering):
In parallel, he has been a lecturer at the University in these two disciplines integrating strategy.
Three methodological axes in economic intelligence:
Two areas of expertise in human resources: Executive search – recruitment and training with a good understanding of the modalities of “employment variability”.
Results: Since 1998, over 50 promotions of undergraduate, master’s, and MBA students trained in economic intelligence and human resources: CNAM, IAE, UPEC, and EOGN.
Since 1992, several dozen economic studies with a commercial approach across all sectors of activity, including for 3 of the former big five.
