After a career as a sales executive (L’Oréal, Scandale, Marchal), Jean Frayssinhes became a leader of companies in various fields (ready-to-wear, agri-food, mechanical industry). It was while training his employees in ‘professional’ skills that he became an adult trainer. He took a liking to it, and having little left to prove in business, he chose training and teaching, which brought him greater satisfaction. Thus, the author became a professor of marketing and international business for students in initial training, and a trainer for employees in Inter and Intra-company settings. He collaborated with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Toulouse, Foix, and Rodez, as well as the DEMOS training group in Paris, where he worked with major accounts. Today, the author’s activity is primarily focused on research. He is an associate researcher at the Mixed Research Unit (UMR) Education, Training, Work, Knowledge (EFTS) at the University of Toulouse Jean-Jaurès, where he works to define andragogical and mathematical concepts on digital networks. He continues to teach as a lecturer in cyber-space, cyber-culture, cyber-teaching, and lifestyles at INSA Toulouse and at the University of Toulouse Jean-Jaurès.
