Jean-Damien Lagarde is the director of the Aliénor workshop, a renowned lutherie workshop that maintains and supplies all the instruments for the 16 conservatories of the City of Paris. He was initiated by his father, who, for 20 years, taught him his knowledge in composite lutherie. He still participates today in the creation of his instruments.

His dual training as an engineer from Arts et Métiers and HEC, combined with his knowledge in lutherie, allows him today to provide a unique expertise to everyone, having been able to offer revolutionary services in a field passionate about quality. Traditional lutherie and 21st-century lutherie oppose and complement each other, and from his mastery of this exceptional market, Jean-Damien Lagarde draws a synthesis rich in lessons.
