Graduated with a master’s degree in Communication, Hugues Deschaux combines both professional experience as a host and journalist and artistic experience.
Initially trained in Music for over 14 years at the Maurice Ravel Conservatory (Levallois), he quickly took to the stage with the Eric Sautonie Theater Company, Art’Venture. For 5 years, he notably developed all techniques of improvisation, breathing, stage acting, directing, and theatrical interpretation.
In 2008, he was the author, director, and actor of his first play “René-Guy, the Discovery” (30 performances, 3000 spectators, 12 actors), quickly followed in the same year by “René-Guy, the Return” (600 spectators, 8 actors). That same year, he was also requested as a director for the production of “Rent”, an adaptation of Jonathan Larson’s musical: 3 performances in Rennes that gathered 1300 spectators, 8 dancers, and 15 actors.
In 2010, he was the director of the play “George Dandin or the Confounded Husband” by Molière, in China, as part of the Shanghai World Expo, gathering 1500 spectators over 3 days.
Between 2011 and 2013, he regularly collaborated on international sporting events (Tour de France, Paris Marathon, Mud Day, …).
Since 2013, he has been a columnist on BFM Business and collaborates with maddyness.com as a journalist.
In 2014, he founded his own public speaking training organization: Alloquor.
