Holger Lietz began his career with fighter pilot training, served as an air force officer, and has worked for the past 20 years as a marketing and sales manager in the top management of national and international companies such as Procter & Gamble, Ravensburger Spieleverlag, and American Express. He also helped make the internet start-up jobpilot.de (now Monster.de) a European market leader.
As the only German speaker, Holger Lietz combines experiences from these two worlds and understands the challenges managers face today.
