Hervé Franceschi defines himself as an Explorer of Joy, he is an author, coach, and speaker. Through his books, conferences, or training workshops, he enables the rediscovery of the power of instinct, reconnection with intuition, and above all, creating harmony in personal and professional life. He is the Immediate Past-President of the Association Française des Conférenciers Professionnels and a member of the Global Speaker Federation.
A former athlete (Swimming, Water Polo) – Mental coach, he has created tools with and for high-level athletes, which he now offers to everyone. He has worked with numerous amateur and professional teams and many champions or future champions. He has created more than 8 companies, including a coaching school “Coacher le bonheur” where he has been able to experiment with many of his favorite subjects. He uses his talent for maximization to develop the potential of the team or the individual.
Coach and Trainer, he specializes in team coaching (integration, motivation, performance) in the corporate world, high-level sports, and performing arts. He has 30 years of professional experience in France and England, notably in Business Unit management or European commercial management positions, in the telecommunications world (Equant and AT&T).
Alongside his professional activity, he notably presided over the destiny of the Antony Natation club and the Compagnie les Larrons www.leslarrons.com of which he became co-producer of their plays since 1990. The company was awarded the Molière 2015 in the category Best Public Theater Show, for its show “Les coquelicots des tranchées”.
The themes he addresses in his conferences or articles concern Natural Leadership, Equicoaching as a new Management school, Joy as a performance booster, managing Fear in business (business/health), Harmonizing private and professional life, emotional, relational, and collective intelligence, and well-being in the company. He has also written about techniques such as breathing, mental preparation, or stress management as well as management and mentoring in the world of Start-ups.
Amazed by human potential, he strives to bring man closer to Nature and animals. By reconnecting you to the power of instinct and intuition, especially in contact with trees, horses, elephants, whales, or dolphins, he develops in each person what he calls Natural Leadership.
