About Helene Sancerres

Hélène Sancerres is an expert in corporate social responsibility and change management. After a career in communication within large groups such as Publicis and Franklin Partners, Hélène Sancerres took charge of the communication department of a Human Resources consulting firm from 1989 to 1993. She then joined Zenith Data Systems as the Director of Communication before entering Cisco France in 1996 to create the Communication Department. For 14 years, she managed press relations, public relations, advertising, partner and client training, events, internal communication, and the development of the corporate image. In 2010, Hélène Sancerres took on the role of Director of Change Management for the same group to support the company’s transformation and the resulting changes in behavior. With an initial training as a speech therapist and several coaching certifications, Hélène Sancerres is responsible for a managerial support program and acts as an internal coach. Hélène Sancerres also coordinates Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility actions in France. Additionally, she is a lecturer in the Master II coaching program at the University of Assas Paris II.
