1. Inclusive Communication: reaching a diverse audience in an authentic way

Inclusive communication is a skill that everyone should learn. We all communicate, and reaching a diverse audience is only an added value. Yet, in practice, it often goes wrong, and we (unconsciously) exclude target groups. What exactly does inclusive communication mean, and how do you translate it into practice? 2. Inclusive work culture: how do we start?

We all want to work in a place where everyone feels good. And the more different people work there, the better for the organisation and the people who are part of it. But diversity also comes with challenges. We may want to be open to everyone, but unconscious biases and other barriers ensure that this does not always go smoothly. Why is that? And what can we do to build an inclusive work culture?
