She is the founder of Inclusified, a strategic agency that guides companies, organizations, and governments in the field of diversity and inclusion. Hanan Challouki is also a sought-after guest in the Flemish and Dutch media, where she has been sharing her vision on societal shifts that influence how our world looks and how we can communicate better with each other in a super-diverse society for nearly 10 years.
She graduated in 2015 with a master’s degree in Communication Sciences (strategic communication) from the University of Antwerp. Shortly thereafter, she founded her first communication agency, a full-service marketing agency for which Hanan set up research and developed strategies for various clients. In 2020, Hanan decided to delve deeper into the theme of inclusive communication and marketing. She sold her shares and started Inclusified. She has already collaborated with clients such as Netflix, Brussels Airport, Telenet, and BNP Paribas. Due to her mission to create a more inclusive world and her innovative approach, Forbes awarded her a spot on the prestigious 30under30 list.
In 2021, Hanan wrote the book Inclusive Communication, published by Pelckmans. The book secured second place in the competition for Marketing Book of the Year. Hanan Challouki is also an independent board member at Flanders Investment & Trade and vice president of the Belgian Association of Marketing. She also hosts the podcasts All Things Inclusive (about diversity and inclusion) and What She Wants (a platform for entrepreneurial women).
