About François Xavier Boulet
After studying psychology, François-Xavier Boulet taught as an Assistant and then as a Lecturer in clinical psychology and developmental psychology.
For many years, he intervened in the faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy (in the first and sixth years) on the doctor-patient relationship and communication practices.
He was also responsible for the communication and work psychology programs for twenty-seven years at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM of Lower Normandy).
Integrated into the Medical Psycho-Pedagogical Center (CMPP) of the University of Caen for about forty years, he conducted psychological consultations for parents, children, and adolescents, as well as psychotherapeutic interviews. He was under supervision throughout these years of clinical practice.
He opened a private practice specializing in knowledge transmission, communications, as well as training engineering and supporting individuals during their job transitions. His “clinical” approach to coaching allowed him to carve out a unique place in large companies. He worked for EDF (at the center of Caen, in Paluel, in Lyon, and at Bugey for many years), for RTE in Saint Quentin en Yvelines, for the CRCI of Lower Normandy (FARE project), at the CCI of Lower Normandy, for Total Fina Elf, and finally for Synergia.
