A graduate of ESSEC, Eric Cheval began his career at Ducros Frères. Initially in pure sales roles, he quickly advanced and, after three years, joined Salade Minute. There, he served as Regional Sales Manager for the entire Western region.
Following this experience, he joined Tipiak, first as Regional Sales Director. He was then promoted to Grocery Market Manager and Commercial Director for the Tipiak brand. It is with this same role that, in 2000, he joined Jean Stalaven, a subsidiary of the Euralis group. In 2003, he became Development Director; and in 2005, General Director of the Proximity Commerce and Catering Division. He oversees the management of 9,000 independent clients (€100M in revenue); structured catering (€35M), 120 sales representatives, 35 telemarketers, and 120 delivery personnel.
Since 2011, he has created his own Training and Consulting firm, where he conducts training on strategic analysis, business development, sales, and marketing. He undertakes consulting missions for optimizing commercial and marketing policies, supporting general management, sales management, and sales managers.
