Sociologist of organizations, Daniel OLLIVIER has been supporting companies for over 25 years as a consultant in their managerial innovation projects and change management with a strong human involvement.
Neither a researcher nor an academic… His expertise is based on the experience gained from the completion of over 200 strategic projects carried out, in France or abroad, in renowned companies such as AXA, Auchan, Carrefour, Crédit Agricole, Disney, French Football Federation, La Poste, Orange, Renault, SNCF,…
In the 1980s, Daniel Ollivier actively participated in the operational development of socio-dynamics, an innovative approach to social relations and change management.
This interest in managerial innovation for economic performance has since found other fields of application with the efficiency of transversal management, the emergence of intergenerational management, and the integration of web 2.0 practices.
He is the author of 8 management books, including “Generation Y User Manual” published with Catherine Tanguy in 2008 (reissued in 2011): this bestseller was the first book to propose methods for attracting and retaining new recruits.
His latest book “Manager 2.0” explores the managerial methods to be implemented to adapt to economic, social, and technological transformations. An approach that aims to be concrete and pragmatic in the service of collective intelligence and continuous innovation. This work has just received the Quality and Performance award.
A strong conviction: that there is no effective management without real know-how in the art of steering, but that, in the new economy, human capital stands out as the key vector of economic performance.
