Christopher Dembik is an economist for a major Danish investment bank. He is responsible for economic research for France. In this capacity, he analyzes the economic situation in Europe and Latin America, the impact of monetary policies, and monitors financial markets. He previously worked for Ubifrance in Israel where he was in charge of the new technologies sector. He also held the position of Head of Institutional Relations at the France-Israel Foundation. In 2008, he was involved from the outset in the development of the financial information company Forex.fr aimed at individual French investors as the head of the Currency Analysis division. A pedagogue, he is very active in French and foreign media. Each year, he participates in numerous publications and conferences, recently on the themes of crowdfunding, virtual currencies, and the business model of banks. He graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Since June 2016, Christopher has been responsible for economic research for the Saxo Bank Group.
