Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch has over 25 years of experience in management, marketing, and sales in various leading companies in the consumer goods industry. Before joining Nestlé, Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch worked for globally operating beverage companies. She led the joint venture between Coca-Cola and Nestlé as Chairwoman from 2010 to 2013 and served as the Economic President of Germany for Coca-Cola from 2006 to 2010. Previously, she was Managing Director for L’Oréal Paris in Germany at its headquarters in Düsseldorf from 2000 to 2006, as well as Director of the Consumer Division of L’Oréal Paris in Geneva, Switzerland.
She began her career in 1985 with Colgate-Palmolive in Paris, France. She then joined Beiersdorf in Hamburg in 1989, where she took on international responsibilities for various product areas. Her last position at Colgate-Palmolive was as International Hair Care Manager. From 1995 to 2000, she held various positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer in Düsseldorf, Germany. As Chairwoman of Marketing and Sales for Health Cosmetics, she was also a member of the Johnson & Johnson Board.
Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Henkel Group. She was born in 1964 in Paris and is a graduate of the ESSEC Business & Management School in France. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Business Administration from the MBA exchange program at the University of Illinois in the USA.
