Gunther Capelle-Blancard
Economist, Specialist in Financial Markets
Gunther Capelle-Blancard is a Professor of Economics at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he heads the Master's program in Money-Banking-Finance. He is also the Deputy Director of CEPII, the leading research center in France for international economics and finance. From 2007 to 2009, he served as a scientific advisor to the Council of Economic Analysis (CAE) for the Prime Minister, where he was notably in charge of the report on the financial crisis ('From the Subprime Crisis to the Global Crisis').
